The Times on 28th and 29th has carried two articles regarding the progress
and rejuvination of the British Canal system.

On page 63 29th January there is picture of two boats moored alongside a
wharf on the Regents Canal. The date was 1917. They were carrying coal and
were unloading it the wharf. One seems to have a patent detachable engine,
which was a Birmingham invention of that year and used on Coggins craft.

Can any member confirm?
